Songs At Summerstead began when Seth and China moved to a 3 acre property in Lakewood, CO. The verdent creek-side meadow below their cottage seemed the perfect spot to host concerts, bringing the music of their many friends in the folk circuit to the ears of their neighbors and local community. Each summer, the series is specially curated to showcase varied and diverse artists who create magical evenings for our guests.

This concert series is our current musical offering to the community, as listening rooms, small venues and breweries in Denver continue to struggle or close. Music is life, and we are pleased to be able to curate an excellent folk concert series including the finest artists in the business! Bring your own blanket or camp chair, beverage, and snacks and settle in for a night of musical magic and exceptional artistry!

To protect our privacy (we host these concerts at our home), the location and helpful directions will be shared once you RSVP.

Though there is no initial ticket price for this event, we will be passing the hat and including a virtual tip jar for our artists, so bring your cash and your phones for Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp etc. As well, our artists will have excellent items for sale at our merch table. We can't wait to see you there!
